Coach Comments - “Mark returns for his junior year as one of the most accomplished hitters to play at SAU in recent years. His combination of speed and power creates difficulty for opposing teams. He will hold down the shortstop position as he has the past two years. Truly a ‘game changer’, Mark is constantly working to improve his skills both physically and mentally. His defensive work at shortstop will be key to the overall success of the Cougars this spring. Mark was a first team All-League performer last year as well as an NCCAA First Team All-American.”
