The Spring Arbor University Cougars suffered their first setback of the season falling 79-74 to Goshen College Tuesday evening. Senior Micah Lancaster (Belmont, MI) paced SAU with 23 points while senior DaJuan Jefferson (Jackson, MI) added 15 points and senior Mike Folkert (Hudson, MI) chipped in with 14 points.

"It just wasn't our night," commented SAU head coach Ryan Cottingham. "We never got into a rhythm, but give Goshen all the credit, they played a great game and deserved the win. I'm confident we'll bounce back and be better because of this game."

The Cougars will host St. Francis (IN) this Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm.
