SPRING ARBOR, MI – Spring Arbor University women's tennis team finally got to host a match this spring after two cancellations due to weather.  Aquinas College visited SAU on Friday afternoon and snapped the Lady Cougar's four match win streak with a 7-2 win over Spring Arbor.

Played in cool and windy conditions, Spring Arbor won one of three doubles matches to start the match with the #2 doubles team of Quincy Banini and Paige Fallu defeating Daniela Fonseca Zuniga and Gina Kukulski 8-6. 

The only other Cougar point was at the #2 singles position.  Hope Roelofs was up 2-1 in the first set when Fonseca Zuniga defaulted.

Spring Arbor falls to 11-6 on the year and will play Cornerstone University on Monday at 4:00.  Tomorrow's match with Cedarville University has been cancelled.
