HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spring Arbor was in control the entire match despite not finding the back of the net until late.
- The Cougars recorded 12 shots in the first half, while holding the Trojans to zero, and added 13 more in the second.
- Senior Morris Kamara's goal in the 71st minute proved to be the difference maker. Michael Procopio delivered a corner kick to the back post where Alex Sokalski headed back in front to Kamara, who finished.
- Spring Arbor outshot Taylor 25-2 on the night and held a 5-0 advantage in corner kicks.
- Goalkeeper Zach Weidman made one save in the shutout.
