GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Teona Feldpausch scored a career-high 17 points and grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds to help lead the Spring Arbor University women's basketball team to a 59-34 road win over Cornerstone University on Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Feldpausch scored the first five points of the game and Spring Arbor hold the lead the rest of the night.
- Cornerstone trailed by one in the final two minutes of the first quarter, but the Cougars closed out the period on a 7-0 run, highlighted by a three-pointer from Anne Marie Wright, to grab a 14-6 lead.
- SAU stretched the lead to double digits in the second quarter and broke the game wide open in the third quarter, outscoring Cornerstone 33-19 over the two periods.
- The Cougars limited the Golden Eagles to just 16 percent (10-for-61) on the night while hitting nearly 38 percent (20-for-53) of their shots.
FOR THE COUGARS
- Feldpausch recorded the first double-double of her career with her game-high 17 points and 16 rebounds. She was 6-for-11 from the field and 5-for-6 at the free throw line.
- Wright and Gracie Cabana followed with 11 points apiece while Grace Shoobridge added eight points and 10 boards.
- In addition to shooting 38 percent from the floor, SAU shot 93 percent (13-for-14) at the charity stripe.
FOR THE GOLDEN EAGLES
- Cornerstone was led by Rebekah Crosby, who finished with 11 points off the bench.
- 27 of CU's 34 points came off the bench.
