INDIANAPOLIS – Anne Marie Wright had a team-high 23 points and six 3-pointers to become Spring Arbor University's all-time leader in made threes when the Cougars visited No. 4 Marian University on Saturday.
Wright's six triples matched her season-high and gave her 223 for her career, moving her ahead of Aimee Konkel, who had 218 from 2012-17.
The Cougars would fall 83-51 to the fourth-ranked Knights, who moved into first place in the Crossroads League standings. Along with Wright, Teona Feldpausch also reached double figures in scoring with 12 points. She added eight rebounds and a pair of steals. Grace Shoobridge nearly posted a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds while also tallying five assists and two blocks.
