- Bethel's Isaac Nunez tallied the game's first goal in the 19th minute.
- Spring Arbor had a chance to even the score seven minutes later after drawing a penalty kick. However, BU's goalkeeper Arnaud Fady stopped the shot by Cole Russell.
- The Pilots added three more goals in the second – all by Matheus Santiago.
- Zoltan Suranyi scored the lone Cougar goal in the 60th minute.
