SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University men's basketball team opened the game on a 14-2 run and never looked back in a 73-45 season-opening victory over the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Saturday.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Denver Cade scored five points in the first five minutes of the game to help propel Spring Arbor to an early 14-2 lead.
- The Cougars maintained a double-digit lead the rest of the way, leading by as many as 33.
- Daniel Cluster scored a team-high 13 points while Cade finished with 11. Freshman Kevyn Robertson nearly recorded a double-double in his collegiate debut with nine points and a team-best 10 rebounds.
- Austin Braun dished out 10 assists to go along with four points, five rebounds and four steals.
- Spring Arbor shot 43 percent (28-for-65) from the field while holding Michigan-Dearborn to 29 percent (18-for-62).
- The Cougars outscored the Wolverines 42-26 in the paint and 21-6 off turnovers.
