SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 7 ranked Spring Arbor University women's soccer team played its first home match of the spring season hosting Point Park University on Saturday afternoon. The Cougars scored eight goals in the first half on their way to a 16-0 victory.
Ten different players scored for SAU while
Lauren Marshall and
Lexi Ponstein registered three goals apiece.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
- Spring Arbor scored four times in the first 13 minutes of action, including two from Marshall and two by Alyvia Thorne, and never looked back.
- Marshall notched her second hat trick of the season while Ponstein recorded the first of her career. Mackenzie Selvius and Thorne also had multi-goal games, finishing with two apiece.
- The Cougars outshot the Pioneers 27-0.
