SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 19 ranked Spring Arbor University men's soccer team defeated the University of Michigan-Dearborn 2-0 on Saturday night at the Cougar Soccer Complex.
Freshman
Jack Voight scored what proved to be the game-winner in the 79th minute, and
Trevor Kacou converted on a penalty kick in the 84th minute to help clinch the win.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
- Voight broke the deadlock with his first career goal in the 79th minute. Lirim Shefkiu played a ball through to Voight at the top of the 18-yard box. Voight made a move past the charging goalkeeper and dribbled the ball into the wide open net.
- Just over five minutes later, Kacou drew a foul inside the box and buried the ensuing penalty kick to give Spring Arbor a 2-0 advantage.
- Spring Arbor outshot Michigan-Dearborn 10-7 on the night.
- SAU goalkeeper Christopher Banfi made three saves in the shutout.
