FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Spring Arbor University shot a season-low 23 percent from the field and dropped a 67-57 game on the road at the University of Saint Francis on Saturday afternoon.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Spring Arbor was limited to 22 percent (6-for-27) shooting in the first half as Saint Francis took a 33-20 lead into halftime.
- Saint Francis stretched its lead to as much as 23 in the third quarter, SAU continued to battle.
- Spring Arbor used a 12-2 run in the fourth quarter – capped by a 3-pointer from Alana Nelson – to get within eight, 58-50, with 3:28 remaining. The Cougars closed to six, 61-55, at the 2:01 mark, but the home team made enough free throws down the stretch to hold on.
- Nelson finished a game-high 18 points while grabbing seven rebounds. Grace Shoobridge followed with 10 points, nine rebounds and two blocks. Sydney Aunins nearly recorded a double-double with nine points and 10 boards.
- Saint Francis had four players reach double figures, including 17 points from Ally Madden.
