Box Score Huntington, IN - The Spring Arbor University women's basketball team captured a critical conference victory by taking down Huntington University by a score of 87-84. The match was back-and-forth the entire time, with no team leading by more than eight at any point.
 
The visiting Cougars refused to let an early fourth quarter deficit discourage them, as they battled down the stretch with a 15-3 run to take back the lead and eventually secure the win. Spring Arbor led by just one point with under a minute to go in regulation, and a clutch three-pointer with 19 seconds left from sophomore guard Alex Long all but sealed the deal for the Cougars.
