Box Score The Spring Arbor University women's basketball team remained red hot as they improved to 12-4 on the year with a 85-65 road win over Bethel University on Wednesday.
Spring Arbor led 43-33 at halftime and kept their foot on the gas through the second half, coasting to the lopsided victory.
Alana Nelson once again led the way for SAU with a 30 point performance, going 10/17 from the field and 9/10 from the charity stripe on the evening.
Grace Shoobridge and
Alize Tripp also socred in double digits for SAU, chipping in 12 and 10 points respectively. Shoobridge also blocked two shots and had a pair of steals in the contest.
SAU moved to 2-4 in the Crossroads League and 12-4 overall while Bethel fell to 4-11 on the season and 0-6 in Crossroads League play.
Spring Arbor is back in action on Saturday when they welcome Mount Vernon Nazarene University to campus for a 1 PM EST tip off.
