Women’s Soccer named co-regular season champions, No. 1 seed in CL Tournament

MARION, Ind. – The No. 2 ranked Spring Arbor University women's soccer team clinched a share of the Crossroads League regular season title following a 1-1 draw with No. 7 Indiana Wesleyan University on Saturday.

Both, Spring Arbor and Indiana Wesleyan finished the regular season with an identical 7-0-2 conference record, but SAU owned the tiebreaker over IWU – a better goal differential in conference play – to secure the No. 1 seed for the upcoming Crossroads League Tournament.

It is the 10th regular season conference championship for head coach Jason Crist and the Cougars in the last 13 seasons, and the program's 11th title overall.
