SPRING ARBOR, Mich. –
Alize Tripp poured in a career-high 36 points to lead the Spring Arbor University women's basketball team past No. 14 Rio Grande 93-84 on Saturday.
Tripp finished the afternoon shooting 10-for-15 from the field, including knocking down a career-best six 3-pointers, while also dishing out eight assists.
Along with Tripp's effort,
Alana Nelson registered a double-double with 23 points and 13 rebounds and
Abby Fleetwood added 10 points.
The win was the fifth straight for the Cougars, who improved to 11-2 overall on the season.
