SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 1 ranked Spring Arbor University women's soccer team defeated Rochester University 7-0 on Friday night at the Cougar Soccer Complex.
 
After holding a 2-0 lead at halftime, the Cougars scored five more times in the second half to cruise past the Warriors in their home opener and move to 3-0 on the young season.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS

• Kaylee Beekel, Isa Martinez and Ariana Stoltzfus scored two goals each to lead Spring Arbor. Regan Ramirez also netted her first goal of the season.
• Goalkeeper Reagan Kohler saved the only shot she faced to give SAU its third consecutive shutout to begin the season.
