Men's Soccer pushes winning streak to four

SPRING ARBOR, Mich. - The Spring Arbor University men's soccer team showcased a stellar performance, securing a 4-0 win against Aquinas College in a non-conference tilt held at the Cougar Soccer Complex on Wednesday afternoon.

From the onset, Spring Arbor commanded the field, with Jack Voight breaking through early at the 10:10 mark, assisted by Rood Schnaider. This pivotal moment set the tone for the rest of the game, as Voight's goal was later designated the game-winning strike. The Cougars held a commanding 3-0 lead by halftime and were able to stretch the margin in the second half by an additional goal. Sahel Yessen proved to be a significant force, contributing two goals, while David Magalhaes also added a goal, pushing the final score to 4-0.

The goalkeeping duo of Jack Cristini and Victor Jaunay combined efforts to maintain a clean sheet. Contributions were also seen from Caleb Swartzendruber, who joined Yessen and Schnaider in setting up scoring opportunities.

The Cougars are gearing up for their next challenge against Judson University on Saturday, Sept. 21 in Elgin, Ill.
