SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University men's soccer team recorded its second shutout of the season after defeating Shawnee State University 3-0 on Saturday at the Cougar Soccer Complex.
Goalkeeper Jack Crisitini made five saves in his season debut while the Cougars got goals from
Victor Toune,
Josh Madery and
Jack Voight.
The win improves SAU to 4-2 on the season with a perfect 3-0 record in home games.

MATCH NOTES
- After a scoreless first half, Spring Arbor scored three times in the second half.
- Victor Toune put the Cougars in front with his tally in the 69th minute. Moments later, Josh Madery added his team-best fourth of the season to double the lead. Jack Voight capped the scoring when he found the back of the net in the 83rd minute.
- SAU goalkeeper Jack Cristini kept a clean sheet making five saves on the afternoon.
- Spring Arbor finished with a 19-9 advantage in shots.
