SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 21 ranked Spring Arbor University women's soccer team wrapped up the regular season with a 3-0 win over Goshen College on Wednesday night at the Cougar Soccer Complex.
 
The victory secured the Cougars the No. 4 seed in the upcoming Crossroads League Tournament and a first-round home match next week.

MATCH SUMMARY
	- After a quiet opening stretch, the Cougars broke through in the 34th minute when Claire VanZanten found the back of the net to give SAU the lead. Just five minutes later, Maddie Muilenburg doubled the advantage, scoring her first collegiate goal to send the Cougars into halftime up 2-0.
 
	- Spring Arbor continued to control play after the break, limiting Goshen's opportunities while adding an insurance goal in the 76th minute from Megan Mihaly off a corner kick from Muilenburg to seal the win.
 
	- The Cougars outshot the Maple Leafs 28-0 and finished with an 11-1 advantage in corner kicks.
 
	- The shutout was the ninth of the season for Spring Arbor.
