SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University men's bowling team had three student-athletes earn recognition on the All-Crossroads League teams when the conference office announced the awards Wednesday.
Carson Kohler was selected to the First Team All-Crossroads League while
Dallas Casey and
Brayden Metcalf were named to the Second Team.
Kohler claimed his first piece of hardware following an outstanding junior campaign. The Charlotte, Michigan native led the Cougars to three tournament wins while also capturing first place individually at CL Tournament #3. He led the team with a career-best 210 average over 40 games bowled and collected five top-10 finishes in 11 events.
Casey also earned his first All-League recognition. The senior from Saline, Michigan ranked third on the team with a 199 average. He collected three top-10's this season, including a first place finish at CL Tournament #2.
Metcalf picked up the second All-League honor of his career after also securing Second Team honors following the 2022-23 season. The senior from Jackson, Michigan boasted a 197.5 average over 32 games and grabbed a pair of top-10 finishes.
