INDIANAPOLIS – The Spring Arbor University men's golf team placed third at the Crossroads League Championship played at The Fort Golf Resort in Indianapolis.
The team's third place finish is it's best at the conference tournament since also grabbing third in the 2020-21 season.
Spring Arbor finished with a three-round score of 903 – the fourth-best 54-hole score in program history. The Cougars turned in back-to-back rounds of 302 on Monday and followed with a 299 on Tuesday.
Blaze Tanner was Spring Arbor's top individual finishing eighth overall. Tanner carded a 54-hole score of 221, which is tied for the 10th-best three-round score in SAU history.
Marian University claimed its third straight conference title with a total score of 864. Indiana Wesleyan University took second place with an 887.
Grace College's Camron Jones claimed medalist honors with a 211.
