SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – Spring Arbor University's
Jack Cristini has been named the Crossroads League Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
Cristini posted two more shutouts in goal for the Cougars in wins over St. Francis (IL) and Judson. The senior keeper logged eight total saves, with six coming in the 1-0 blanking of Judson.
On the season, Cristini has made 11 saves in four contests and has yet to allow a goal in 360 minutes of action.
The Cougars (4-0-0) travel to Florida this week where they will meet No. 18 Keiser University on Thursday, Sept. 4 and St. Thomas University on Saturday, Sept. 6.
