Intentionality in Spiritual Disciplines
Followers of Christ prioritize personal time with Jesus through regular time reading God's Word, praying and interacting with other believers.
Mark 1:35 — “Very early in the morning while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.”

Our athletes will experience the love of Christ and, out of the overflow of that love, express love to teammates, opponents and the community.

SAU Community Integration
We work to be a vital component of the SAU community, teaching balance academically, socially and spiritually.
