Biography
Junior - MF/F - Caledonia High School
Bigger returns to the Cougar roster for her senior campaign in 2010. A very quick player with a good work rate, Bigger is able to break down players in one on one situations and is a fiery competitor.
Coaches Comments - "Jenna likes to run at opposing defenders and has very quick feet. She has the ability to break opposing players down and plays her best soccer when she's on the width of the field in some space. Jenna is perfectly capable of holding down a starting role for us, but is also valuable as a spark coming off the bench."
2009-10 - Bigger appeared in all 21 matches earning the starting nod on five occasions... scored one goal and passed out one assist... took 23 shots with 12 on frame.
2008-09 - Appeared in 16 games with two starts as a sophomore... continued to battle injury... passed out one assist against Cedarville University (11/19/2008)... registered eight shots, putting four on frame.
2007-08 - Appeared in 21 games for the Lady Cougars, garnering three starts. Received significant minutes early in the season before an ankle injury slowed her progress. Scored two goals and notched three assists on nine total shots. Put six shots on frame during the season.
High School - Four year varsity starter at Caledonia High School near Grand Rapids, Michigan. Led the Fighting Scots in goal scoring for much of her career. Bigger also played club soccer for Grand Valley Premier, where her team competed in and won the Midwest Regional league in 2005. Received interest from a host of schools before selecting SAU including regional rival Cornerstone University.
Personal - Daughter of Tim and Tammy Bigger of Caledonia, Michigan. Will major in Education at Spring Arbor University.
