Two-time defending champs Marian too much for Spring Arbor

INDIANAPOLS – The Spring Arbor University women's basketball team traveled to Indianapolis on Saturday to face off with the two-time defending national champion Knights of Marian University. The Knights are atop the league and ranked No. 4 nationally, and they showed why throughout the evening. A balanced attack and a staunch defense proved to be too much for Cougars as the home team jumped out a 26-9 advantage after one and didn't look back. The final score from Indianapolis saw Marian come out on top, 92-35.
