LANSING, Mich. – Gracie Cabana had a season-high 19 points to lead the Spring Arbor University women's basketball team to a 68-46 road win over Great Lakes Christian College on Thursday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The two teams were knotted up, 30-30, in the early stages of the third quarter before Cabana took over. The sophomore guard scored nine of Spring Arbor's next 12 points to give SAU a 42-35 lead.
- The Cougars broke things wide open in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Crusaders 24-9 over the final 10 minutes.
FOR THE COUGARS
- Cabana was 8-for-16 from the field and a perfect 3-for-3 from the free throw line on her way to scoring 19 points.
- Anne Marie Wright finished with nine points while Rachel Nelson, Grace Shoobridge and Mary Liedel all chipped in seven apiece. Teona Feldpausch hauled in a career-best 13 rebounds and Cierra Lipps dished out a game-high four assists.
- Spring Arbor was 39 percent (27-for-69) from the field.
- The Cougars had a commanding edge on the glass, out-rebounded the Crusaders 49-37.
FOR THE CRUSADERS
- Great Lakes Christian was led by Mystic Striker with 14 points while two other Crusaders also scored in double figures.
- The Crusaders were limited to 26 percent (18-for-68) shooting.

Spring Arbor hosts No. 21 Indiana Wesleyan University (9-4, 4-0 CL) on Saturday, Dec. 8 at 1 p.m. The Cougars are partnering with the Parma-Spring Arbor Lions Club to host a food drive for families this holiday season.
