WINONA LAKE, Ind. – The Spring Arbor University women's soccer team had its six-match unbeaten streak come to an end on Wednesday evening, falling to Grace College 2-0 in a battle between two Top 25 ranked sides.
It was the first Crossroads League loss of the season for the Cougars, who dropped to 7-4-4 overall and 3-1-3 in league play. Meanwhile, the Lancers improved to 13-2-1 and 5-1-1 in the league.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The match was scoreless until late in the second half when Grace broke the deadlock. The Lancers' Baylei Peters struck first in the 74th minute and Cassidy Wasson put the game away with her tally in the 87th minute.
- Grace finished the match with a 13-6 shot advantage.
- Samantha Tracey made five saves on the night.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Spring Arbor saw its 10-match unbeaten streak, dating back to 2011, against Grace come to an end.
- The loss was the first league loss for the Cougars this season.
