SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University softball team was swept in a Crossroads League doubleheader by the University of Saint Francis on Friday afternoon. The Cougars fell in game one 17-5 before dropping a 10-6 decision in game two.

GAME 1 HIGHLIGHTS
- Saint Francis scored 15 runs in the first two innings during the first game of the doubleheader. The visitors finished with 17 hits, including five home runs.
- Jade Nowe drove in a team-best four runs while adding a double. Hope Longenbarger also had a hit and scored twice.
GAME 2 HIGHLIGHTS
- The Saint Francis offense got going early again in game two. USF plated three runs in the first inning and three more in the second to take control.
- Nowe picked up three more RBI's in the contest giving her seven total on the afternoon. Cora Millay went 3-for-4 at the plate with a run scored while Sarah Matlock collected two hits and scored twice.

Spring Arbor travels to Marion, Indiana on Tuesday, Apr. 2 to take on No. 11 Indiana Wesleyan University (23-8, 8-3 CL).
