MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The Spring Arbor University volleyball team fell in five sets at Bethel University on Saturday.
The Cougars led 2-1 after three sets, but the Pilots rallied back to win sets four and five to hand SAU its first setback of the season.
Macey Rupp and
Alison Ford had 13 kills apiece while
Hope Notter finished with a career-high 43 assists.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
- Three Cougars finished with double-digit kills. Rupp and Ford posted 13 each while McKenna Peters tallied 11. Notter handed out a career-best 43 assists and Emily Johnson recorded four aces.
- Paige Porter notched a match-high 18 digs. Johnson and Frances Churchwell picked up 13 digs apiece.
- Bethel was led by Madyson Beaver, who finished with 15 kills, 16 assists and 10 digs.
