SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 4 ranked Spring Arbor University women's soccer team stayed hot Saturday, extending its winning streak to eight with a dominant 2-0 victory over No. 15 Grace College.
The Cougars registered a pair of first half goals, and held the Lancers to only one shot all night, on the way to their eighth consecutive clean sheet.

MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
- Spring Arbor controlled the match from start-to-finish, closing out the night with a 17-1 shot advantage over Grace.
- The Cougars scored two goals in the first seven minutes. Just over three minutes into the match, a shot from Mackenzie Selvius was turned away by the Lancer goalkeeper, but Madison Marshall was right there to put away the rebound for her fifth goal of the season.
- Three minutes later, Selvius scored off a corner kick from Ariana Stoltzfus to give SAU an early 2-0 advantage.
- Spring Arbor not only extended its winning streak to eight matches, but its shutout streak also moved to eight straight. The Cougars have outscored their opponents 26-1 on the campaign.
