ADRIAN, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University baseball team swept a non-conference doubleheader at Siena Heights University on Tuesday. The Cougars won game one 6-0 and game two 12-1.

GAME 1 HIGHLIGHTS
- Spring Arbor scored three runs in the first two innings. In the first inning, Zach Kraabel scored on a Brant Mast sacrifice fly and Glenn Miller crossed the plate on a passed ball. One inning later, Nick Carroll touched home on a sac fly by Jackson Kitchen.
- That was all the support Jacob Pavey and the SAU bullpen needed. Pavey was outstanding on the mound, shutting out Siena Heights over four innings allowing just two hits and striking out three batters. Ryan Gillesby and Ben Garcia combined to throw three scoreless frames of relief.
- Max Von Gemmingen was a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate while Miller also collected three hits with an RBI and run scored.
GAME 2 HIGHLIGHTS
- Spring Arbor erupted for a season-high 12 runs in game two of the doubleheader. The Cougars scored in each of the first three innings on their way to building an early 6-0 lead.
- SAU pushed four more runs across in the sixth inning – highlighted by a Logan King solo homerun.
- The Cougars tallied two more runs in the seventh. Miller remained red-hot at the plate hitting a two-out RBI double to drive in Michael Braman. Landon Raczkowski followed with a base hit to bring home Miller.
- Brant Mullins pitched three scoreless innings. Trammell Lindstrom, who got the win, allowed one run in two innings of relief while Joey McCowen and Aaron Spry finished closed out the game.
