GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Grand Valley State scored four runs in the second inning to grab an early 4-0 lead.
- The Lakers added five runs in the fourth, seven in the fifth and one in the sixth.
- It was the first time this season Spring Arbor had been shutout in a game. The Cougars were limited to six hits with Ben Redfield collecting two, including a double.
- Ben Garcia and Zach Kraabel, both, worked a scoreless inning of relief out of the bullpen.
