MARION, Ind. – The Spring Arbor University baseball team dropped the final two games of its Crossroads League series against No. 15 Indiana Wesleyan University on Saturday.

GAME 1 HIGHLIGHTS
- Indiana Wesleyan scored nine runs in the first three innings and never looked back.
- Spring Arbor scored its lone run in the fourth inning on an RBI single by Peyton Harding.
GAME 2 HIGHLIGHTS
- Indiana Wesleyan got off to another hot start, plating 11 runs in the first three innings.
- Spring Arbor fought its way back, however, and only trailed by one, 11-10, heading into the sixth inning.
- In the sixth, SAU pushed three runs across on a three-run homer by Ben Redfield to take a 13-11 lead. Indiana Wesleyan responded though with eight runs in the bottom half of the frame and would hold on to win.
- Bryce Richey continued his torrid stretch at the plate going 5-for-6 with a home run, six RBI's and two runs scored. Redfield went 4-for-6 with five RBI's and three runs scored while Jake Spedoske was a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs scored. Evan Lorey also had three hits with three RBI's and a run scored.
