SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University volleyball team rallied to claim a marathon five-set victory over Huntington University on Wednesday evening at the McDonald Athletic Center.
The Cougars fell behind 2-1 after suffering a heart-breaking 26-24 loss in the third set, but responded with a fourth set triumph before battling back from a 13-9 hole to win the deciding frame.
It was the sixth five-set win for SAU this season, and the Cougars overall are 6-1 in five-set matches on the year.
