Spring Arbor, MI. – The Spring Arbor softball team welcomed nationally ranked Indiana Wesleyan University to the Cougar Softball Complex, and were pushed to their limits in the two games.
In game one, The Wildcats showed why they are worthy of their #20 ranking throughout the game, making life difficult for the Cougars at the plate, and on the mound. The Cougars produced just four hits and saw the Wildcats swat thirteen hits en route to a game one loss, 1-4.
The second game again saw the Wildcats flex their muscles early. The Cougars found themselves down 0-6 before putting up their first runs of the game, but that would be the end of the Cougar comeback, as they wound up dropping game two as well, 2-6.
