Cougar offense overwhelms Maple Leafs in sweep

SPRING ARBOR, MI. – The Cougars put on quite the offensive display versus Goshen College, winning both games in the start of their season series by eight runs each.
 
The Cougars opened the series with a convincing 8-0 win and then followed it up with an equally impressive 10-2 win. One of the stars for the Cougars was Landon Raczkowski, who homered in each of the two games, bringing his team-leading total to seven.
 
Spring Arbor's offense was also backed by their pitching staff, with senior Joey McCowan earning a dominant win in game one followed by fellow senior Sean Cassell picking up where he left off in game two.
