Mishawaka, IN. – The Spring Arbor baseball team took their talents to Mishawaka, Indiana in an attempt to right the ship versus the Bethel Pilots.
In game one, the Cougars seemingly saved their bats until the end of the game, as the Cougars held a slight 1-0 advantage heading into the eighth inning.
Then, Landon Raczkowski unleashed a massive 2-run home run to extend the Cougars lead. The Cougars would tack on three more runs in the ninth inning, winning by a final score of 6-1.
In game two, the Pilots jumped out to an early lead, one that the Cougars struggled to claw into. Despite several tries at a comeback, the Cougars were unable to steal the lead away from the Pilots. The Cougars lost 2-6.
