SPRING ARBOR, Mich. -- The No. 8 ranked Spring Arbor University women's soccer team suffered its first loss in Crossroads League play on a rain-soaked night at the Cougar Soccer Complex Saturday, falling 3-1 to No. 13 Marian University in a match that was shortened due to lightning.
Spring Arbor's six-game winning streak came to an end and dropped to 9-3-0 overall with a 4-1-0 mark in the conference.
