SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University men's soccer team picked up its first Crossroads League victory of the season on Wednesday night, edging Huntington University 2-1 at the Cougar Soccer Complex. The result moves the Cougars to 6-5-1 overall and 1-1-1 in league play.

- The Cougars got on the board early when Caleb Swartzendruber buried a chance in the 20th minute for his fourth goal of the season, which is tied for the team lead.

- Spring Arbor responded quickly, however. In the 72nd minute, freshman Will Kuiphof netted the first goal of his collegiate career to restore the Cougars' lead – a strike that would stand as the game-winner.
