SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University women's basketball team defeated Bethel University 85-59 in its regular season home finale on Wednesday night inside the American 1 Credit Union Arena.
Three Cougars finished in double figures, including
Alana Nelson, who registered her 13th double-double of the season with 22 points and 11 rebounds.
Emma Smieska finished with 14 points and
Sydney Aunins added 12.
Spring Arbor, now 10-2 on its home court this season, improves to 18-9 overall and is in fourth place in the Crossroads League standings with an 11-6 mark in conference play with one game to go in the regular season.
