HILLSDALE, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University women's 4x100 meter relay team secured its spot at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships after hitting the B standard at the Hillsdale College Last Chance meet.
The team of
Alyssa Budd,
Kylie Brown,
Shailin Golden and
Hope Taylor turned in a time of 47.38, which not only qualified the group for the national meet, but also broke the school record.
Freshman
Tanana Emmendorfer also ran at the meet. She finished 20th in the 400 meters with a new personal-best time of 58.65, which ranks fifth in SAU history.
