SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor men's basketball team celebrated Senior Day with a 75-65 victory over Goshen College Saturday afternoon in its regular season home finale.
The win snapped the Cougars' three-game skid and improved the team to 13-13 overall and 6-10 in the Crossroads League.

Karson Schroeder – for their contributions to the program.
Goshen came out firing, building a 14-7 lead early. Spring Arbor responded with a 16-6 run to regain control, highlighted by nine points from
Dante Favor during the scoring spurt, to take a 23-20 advantage with 6:36 remaining in the first half. The teams traded baskets the rest of the period and went into halftime tied 35-35.
The Cougars created separation midway through the second half, stretching their lead to 58-45 following a strong offensive surge. However, the Maple Leafs battled back, trimming the margin to 65-63 with under four minutes to play.
Eli White halted the visitors' run with a clutch 3-pointer, and
Brandon Trilli followed with a key bucket to push the lead back to seven. Spring Arbor's defense then locked in, limiting Goshen to just one field goal over the final 3:52 to secure the win.
Travis Grayson led the way with 27 points while adding nine rebounds and six assists. Favor recorded a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds to go along with five assists. White and
Shane Rykse each chipped in nine points.
Spring Arbor will close out the regular season on the road Wednesday, Feb. 18 at Taylor University before a Saturday, Feb. 21 matchup with University of Saint Francis.
