LANSING, Mich. – Spring Arbor University's
Kayla Tafanelli has been named an NAIA Second Team All-American, marking her third consecutive All-American honor.
Tafanelli, a junior from Warren, Michigan, continues to cement her place among the nation's elite after earning Second Team recognition this season, following Second Team honors a year ago and Third Team distinction as a freshman.
She played a pivotal role in another successful season for the Cougars, leading the team to nine tournament victories – just one off the program record – while helping secure a fifth straight Crossroads League championship. Tafanelli averaged an impressive 199.3 over 35 games and recorded six top-10 finishes in 10 events, including two individual titles.
In addition to her national recognition, Tafanelli also earned First Team All-Crossroads League honors for the third straight year.
