MARSHALL, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University men's golf team opened the 2026-27 season at the Lou Collins Memorial Tournament, hosted by The University of Olivet.
 
The Cougars finished fifth in the 16-team field with a score of 641 following rounds of 320 and 321.
 
Zach Koch finished ninth out of 85 golfers carding a 151 (77-74). Bryce Boss and Keldon Koshorek landed inside the top-20. Boss finished 13th with a 153, including a one-over par 73, while Koshorek placed 18th with a 154.
 
Albion College captured the team title, winning the event by seven shots with a score of 605. Adrian College came in second with a 612 and Kalamazoo College finished third with a 614.
