Sophomore - Midfield - Kalamazoo Christian / Ferris State University

 Smith will see her first action for the Cougars after a red-shirt season last fall.  A standout high school player for Kalamazoo Christian High School, Smith led NCAA division II Ferris State University in goals as a freshman before transfering to SAU last fall.

Coach's Comments - "Maegan has the goods.  She is an offensive minded player who is dangerous around the goal and is looking to join the attack at every opportunity.  I am very excited to have her on the field finally, and I suspect that she is going to turn some heads with her ability to put the ball in the goal this fall.  She is hungry to play and will make us better the second she steps on to the field for us."

2008-09 - (at Ferris) Led the Bulldogs in goal scoring, racking up eight tallies in her freshman campaign... notched four game winning goals while leading Ferris in shots (44).

High School - Led Kalamazoo Christian to back to back state titles in 2007 and 2008... tallied 121 career goals, good for ninth all time in MHSAA history...four year All State honoree... member of the Michigan Dream Team as a senior... competed for TKO and West Michigan Fire soccer clubs... WMF team was State Cup Runner's up in her senior season with the team.
