Biography
Wegener is entering her sophomore season for the Lady Cougars. A fast and physical forward, Wegener will be looking to make a larger on the field contribution for SAU in 2010.
Coach's Comment's - "Megan is growing a lot both technically and tactically as a soccer player right now. She will need to continue to get better in both realms if she is to be a successful and consistent goal scorer at our level. She is a very hard worker and a pleasure to coach."
2009-10 - Appeared in 19 games for the Lady Cougars... scored two goals for four points on the season... took 15 shots, placing 9 on frame.
High School - Named MHSAA division IV First Team All State as a senior... also enjoyed All State laurels as a sophomore and a junior... notched 111 career goals at Saginaw Valley Lutheran High School.
Personal - Daughter of Gail and Terry Wegener of Auburn, Michigan... has three sisters, Renee, Krista and Elizabeth.
