Richard Bradstreet

Richard Bradstreet

Richard Bradstreet is starting his eighth year at Spring Arbor University.

Prior to SAU, Bradstreet (Coach B.) was the head volleyball coach at Addison High School from 1996-2015. He taught at Addison High School for 26 years, where he also coached several other women’s sports at the JV or Freshman level where accumulated a total of 43 seasons coaching, volleyball, softball and basketball.

One desire that Bradstreet had for many years was to coach at the college level. Upon his retirement from coaching at Addison, God opened that door to come to Spring Arbor University. It was extra special due to the fact that for four years his daughter Ruth (Bradstreet) Tyson was the student assistant for the Spring Arbor volleyball program. Coaching in a Christ-based program, is something that has always been a desire. The opportunities to share the Gospel in a public school setting are very restrained. Having the freedom to do so here at Spring Arbor is like a breath of fresh air.
