The Spring Arbor University men's tennis team hosted the Lancers of Grace College on Saturday here at SAU. The Cougars closed out its MCC season with an 8-1 win over Grace, finishing the MCC season with a 5-2 record.
Matt Lantz and Jordan Hoy both played near-flawless tennis to win 8-1 at #1 doubles, then both dominated their singles matches. Other winners included Troy Heselschwerdt, Matt DeRose, Dave Cavender, and Wade Clark.
Spring Arbor next takes action in the MCC Tournament that begins at 8:30 this Thursday in Ft. Wayne.
