The Spring Arbor University's men's tennis team opened their season and conference play with a 7-2 win over MCC rival Huntington University today. Matt Lantz, Jordan Hoy, Matt DeRose, Troy Heselschwerdt, and Dave Cavender all won singles matches for SAU.

The Cougars, inspired by a trip last week to watch the world's best tennis and a retiring Andre Agassi at the US Open, came out and played a strong match against the Forresters of Huntington. The Cougars will next play against Bethel College on the road on September 16th at 11:00 a.m.
