The Spring Arbor University men's tennis team found out that they still have some room for improvement, falling 9-0 to #17-ranked NAIA power Aquinas College on Saturday.
Jordan Hoy's 12-match singles winning streak was snapped and #1 doubles team Matt Lantz and Jordan Hoy fell to 9-4 after tough 8-5 loss to the #5-ranked doubles team in the NAIA, Mike Rose and Pat Bruining. SAU's #2 doubles team of Matt DeRose and David Cavender also lost a close 8-6 match to another nationally ranked doubles team, Aquinas' #2 team, Pat Grashorn and Jordan O'Neill.
